《Bridge Education 服務條款》(Terms of Service)
本服務條款(下稱「條款」)約束使用 Bridge Education 平台(下稱「本平台」、「我們」、「我們的」)的所有用戶(包括導師、學生、家長或任何使用平台服務的人士)。請在使用本平台前詳閱本條款,一旦註冊或使用本平台,即表示你同意並接受以下所有條款與規定。
📘 一、平台服務說明
- 本平台提供導師與學生配對、課堂預約、課程管理、評價系統與付款處理等功能,旨在提供一個安全、高效、專業的學習生態。
- 導師與學生之間的教學關係,由平台協助撮合與支援,但平台不直接參與課堂教學內容。
- 導師須提供真實資料,學生或家長亦需如實提供學習需求,以確保配對準確與教學品質。
📘 二、用戶帳戶管理
- 所有用戶須註冊帳戶並提供真實有效的個人資料。
- 用戶有責任保管好帳戶登入資料,不得轉讓帳號予他人使用。
- 如發現任何未經授權的帳戶使用行為,用戶應即時通知平台。
- 平台有權於發現異常或懷疑違規時,暫停或終止帳號。
📘 三、導師責任與行為守則
- 導師必須遵守專業操守,提供準時、準備充分的教學,保持溝通禮貌,尊重學生文化與背景。
- 導師不得:
- 提供虛假資料或證書
- 在平台外收取學費或安排課堂(包括以 WhatsApp、IG、電郵等方式私聯)
- 利用職位作出不當言語、性別歧視或任何騷擾行為
- 試圖轉移學生至其他平台或自營課程
- 導師應尊重學生家長選課自由,避免過度推銷或誤導性承諾。
- 導師同意平台有權在接獲合理舉報時查閱其通訊紀錄並作內部調查。
📘 四、學生與家長責任
- 學生/家長需於平台上準確提供學習年級、需求與時間。
- 預約課堂後如需更改或取消,應依平台指示辦理,並盡早通知導師。
- 家長不得強行繞過平台與導師進行私下交易或討論價錢等。
- 學生應尊重導師及平台規則,如有違規行為,平台保留調查與帳戶處理權利。
📘 五、付款與退款政策
- 所有課堂費用應透過平台付款系統進行,平台將在課堂完成後結算薪酬給導師。
- 平台設有基本行政費及付款手續費,相關費用會於交易前清楚顯示。
- 取消課堂的退款政策如下:
- 課前 24 小時以上通知:可全額退款或重新預約
- 課前不足 24 小時通知:平台將視情況酌情處理
- 無故缺席:不設退款
📘 六、平台訊息與通訊紀錄
- 平台保留在發現異常/糾紛/違規情況時,查閱導師與學生平台內訊息紀錄的權利,以維護平台秩序與用戶安全。
- 所有訊息、文件傳輸與出席紀錄將被平台保留不少於 6 個月。
- 平台不會在未經授權下將訊息紀錄外洩或出售,僅作內部調查與爭議處理用途。
📘 七、服務中斷與責任限制
- 若平台因技術維護、升級或不可抗力(如天災、網路攻擊)而中斷服務,平台不承擔賠償責任,但會盡力恢復。
- 平台對用戶自行安排的非平台課程、付款或私下聯繫引發的糾紛不承擔責任,請用戶務必在平台內完成所有交易。
📘 八、違規處理與帳戶終止
- 對於以下行為,平台有權立即凍結或終止帳號:
- 偽造身分、虛假資料
- 涉嫌私下交易或誘導跳出平台
- 騷擾、歧視、粗言穢語、不尊重他人
- 多次未完成課堂、失約、被多名學生/家長投訴
- 平台保留向違規用戶追討損失或轉介執法部門的權利。
📘 九、條款修改與生效
- 本服務條款可能因應法律、政策或平台功能更新而修改。
- 當條款有變動時,我們會透過登入畫面、電郵或平台公告提醒。
- 使用者繼續使用本平台即表示接受更新後的條款。

Bridge Education Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bridge Education platform ("the Platform," "we," or "us"). These Terms apply to all users, including tutors, students, parents, and any other person using the platform. By registering or using the platform, you agree to comply with all the provisions outlined below.
📘 1. Description of Services
- The platform offers matching between tutors and students, lesson scheduling, class management, a review system, and secure payment processing.
- Bridge Education facilitates tutor-student connections but does not intervene in the academic content of lessons.
- Tutors must provide accurate information. Students and parents must truthfully communicate their learning needs to ensure effective matches.
📘 2. User Account Management
- All users must register and provide accurate and valid personal information.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must not share their account with others.
- Users must promptly notify the platform of any unauthorized account usage.
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with suspicious or non-compliant activity.
📘 3. Tutor Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
- Tutors must uphold professionalism, be punctual, well-prepared, and respectful of students' backgrounds and cultures.
- Tutors must NOT:
- Provide false academic qualifications
- Arrange payments or lessons outside the platform (e.g., via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, etc.)
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Redirect students to external platforms or personal business
- Tutors should respect students' learning autonomy and avoid aggressive marketing or misleading promises.
- Tutors agree that the platform may review their message records if there is a reasonable complaint or risk.
📘 4. Student & Parent Responsibilities
- Students/parents must provide accurate learning levels, subjects, and availability.
- Lesson changes or cancellations must follow the platform's procedures with timely notice.
- Parents must not bypass the platform to contact tutors for private deals.
- Students must follow platform rules and show respect. Violations may result in investigation or account action.
📘 5. Payment & Refund Policy
- All fees must be processed through the platform. Payments will be released to tutors after class completion.
- An administrative and transaction fee may apply, clearly shown before checkout.
- Refund policy:
- Cancellation over 24 hours in advance: Full refund or rescheduling
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Case-by-case handling
- No-show without notice: No refund
📘 6. Message Records & Monitoring
- The platform reserves the right to access communication records in case of complaints, risk, or disputes, for safety and transparency.
- Records (messages, lesson logs, file uploads) will be retained for no less than 6 months.
- Message content is not accessed or sold for marketing purposes.
📘 7. Service Interruptions & Liability
- The platform is not liable for service interruptions due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).
- The platform is not responsible for issues arising from off-platform classes, payments, or private contact. All activities must be completed within the system.
📘 8. Violations & Account Termination
The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for the following:
- Falsifying identity or credentials
- Attempting off-platform deals
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
- Repeated no-shows or unresolved complaints
We reserve the right to take legal action or report to authorities when necessary.
📘 9. Changes to Terms
- Terms may be revised due to legal, policy, or functional updates.
- Notices of changes will appear on the homepage or login screen.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
