私隱政策

本政策旨在說明 Bridge Education（下稱「本平台」）如何收集、使用、儲存、保護及披露用戶（包括導師、學生及家長）的個人資料。我們致力於保障所有用戶的私隱及資訊安全，並遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》（香港法例第486章）。

📘 一、我們收集的資料類型

我們可能會根據服務需要，收集下列類型的個人資料：

1. 基本身份資料：姓名、性別、出生日期、聯絡電話、電郵地址等
2. 帳戶資料：用戶名稱、登入紀錄、密碼（加密處理）
3. 學術與教學資料：導師學歷、證書副本、教學影片、學生上課紀錄、功課提交情況等
4. 付款相關資料：付款記錄、交易日期、收據資料（不會儲存信用卡號碼）
5. 通訊紀錄：包括用戶於平台上的對話訊息、課堂反饋、投訴紀錄等
6. 技術數據：使用裝置資訊、IP 地址、網站使用習慣分析（用於優化平台體驗）

📘 二、資料的使用目的

我們收集用戶資料的目的包括但不限於：

1. 提供及維持平台服務（如配對導師與學生、課堂管理、付款處理）
2. 認證身份及確保資料真實（防止詐騙、誤配或偽冒）
3. 改善平台體驗與功能（例如根據使用數據優化介面）
4. 就帳戶或服務發出通知（如課堂更改、行政提示）
5. 調查投訴或可疑活動，執行使用條款
6. 滿足法律、監管或合約要求
7. 在獲得用戶明確同意後，提供個人化學習建議或市場推廣（可選擇退出）

📘 三、訊息紀錄與監察機制

1. 為保障學生安全與防止平台被濫用，所有平台內部訊息、教材傳送、出勤紀錄、作業提交等，均會在技術層面進行紀錄。
2. 這些紀錄僅會在以下情況下由授權人員查閱：
   • 涉及投訴、違規、或欺詐行為的調查
   • 因法律或政府部門正式要求
   • 平台認為存在風險（如導師試圖繞過平台聯絡學生）
3. 我們不會主動查看任何私人對話內容，亦不會將訊息提供給第三方作商業用途。

📘 四、資料的儲存與保安

1. 我們採用加密、訪問限制、身份驗證等技術手段保護個人資料。
2. 所有敏感資料（如身份證副本、證書）將作內部驗證用途，不作公開展示。
3. 用戶帳戶若連續12個月未登入，平台有權通知後刪除其個人資料。
4. 課堂及對話紀錄將保留最長6個月以供查證用途，逾期後會自動清除或匿名化。

📘 五、資料分享與披露

我們絕不會出售或公開任何用戶個人資料。除以下情況外，我們不會與第三方分享資料：

1. 獲得用戶明確書面同意者
2. 因應法律規定或司法／政府部門正式要求
3. 涉及緊急情況，例如保護兒童、處理刑事事件等
4. 平台合作夥伴僅用於系統維護、資料儲存（已簽署保密協議）

📘 六、用戶權利

1. 用戶有權查閱、更正、或刪除其個人資料。
2. 用戶可要求平台停止使用其資料作任何非核心服務（如市場推廣）
3. 所有查詢可透過聯絡電郵向平台提出：support@bridgeduhk.com

📘 七、政策修訂與通知

1. 本政策如有更新，平台將於網站首頁與用戶登入頁顯示更新提示。
2. 用戶繼續使用平台即表示同意受更新後政策約束。

This Privacy Policy explains how Bridge Education ("we", "the platform") collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses personal information of users (including tutors, students, and parents). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

📘 1. Types of Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity Information: name, gender, date of birth, contact number, email
• Account Information: username, login logs, encrypted password
• Academic/Teaching Information: tutor qualifications, certificates, lesson recordings, student attendance records, homework
• Payment Information: payment logs, invoice records (note: we do NOT store full credit card numbers)
• Communication Records: all platform messages, feedback, complaint records
• Technical Data: IP address, device info, user activity (for analytics)

📘 2. Purpose of Use

Your data is collected for the following purposes:

• To provide our services (tutor-student matching, scheduling, payment)
• Identity verification & fraud prevention
• User interface and experience optimization
• Sending important notifications and updates
• Handling disputes or suspected violations
• Compliance with legal or contractual requirements
• With explicit consent: personalized recommendations or marketing (opt-out available)

📘 3. Message Records & Monitoring

• All internal communication, file exchanges, and lesson interactions are automatically recorded for transparency and safety.
• These logs may only be accessed by authorized staff under specific conditions:
  • Investigation of complaints, fraud, or violations
  • Government or legal authority requests
  • Risk control if a tutor attempts to bypass the platform
• We do not access private messages for commercial purposes and do not sell this data.

📘 4. Data Storage & Security

• We implement industry-standard encryption, restricted access, and authentication to safeguard your data.
• Sensitive documents (ID, certificates) are used solely for internal verification.
• Inactive accounts (12+ months) may be deleted with prior notice.
• Logs (lesson/message) are stored for 6 months before deletion or anonymization.

📘 5. Data Disclosure

We will not sell or disclose your personal data unless:

• You provide explicit written consent
• Required by law, court, or government
• Emergency (e.g. criminal investigation or student safety)
• Authorized vendors performing services under confidentiality agreements

📘 6. User Rights

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
• You may opt-out of non-essential uses (e.g. marketing).
